TRADE DEFICIT SOLUTIONS

S. Hayes, Inc. programs will attack the number one economic crisis across America (the trade deficit).

Our pilot program includes a universal program for any city in America with a population of 100,000 or multiples of 100,000 low to moderate income individuals.  Our program will allow the creation of jobs on demand by the respective city.  This program will attack the trade deficit.  A byproduct of our trade deficit program is the revitalization of the inner city moderate and low income areas.

  1. Non-profit organization funded each year for $1,000,000:
       a.  Every 90 days dispense 3- $50,000 manufacturing grants in low and moderate income areas.
       b.  Every 90 days dispense 5- $10,000 small business grants in low and moderate income areas
  2. 1/4 cent sales tax city wide to fund manufacturing in low and moderate income areas to offset trade deficit and to revitalize the inner city.
  3. City, state, county, and federal incentive and tax relief programs to assist new business start-up in low and moderate income areas

During a recession or prolonged recession  the city can create or increase their own jobs supply.

Nationally and locally we will work within the public and private sectors to promote the following goals:

  • Increase manufacturing
  • Open dialogue with city hall for long and short-term economic planning for future recessions
  • Balance trade deficit
  • Capital tax gain percentage reinvested in manufacturing (1000 employees or under)
  • Increase money turnover in each city by redirecting part of United Way funds for long term economic programs in low and moderate income areas of each city
  • Quarter-cent sales tax to attract manufacturing in low to moderate income areas of the city
  • Increased money turnover in the city by re-directing part of Community Development Block Grant Funds through the city for long term economic programs in low and moderate income areas of the city
